• What are the hours of operation?

    - Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 9:15pm)
    - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
    - Saturday (8:30am - 2:00pm)

  • Is there a waitlist for an intake appointment?

    Clarity Treatment Center, LLC does not have a waitlist. We are currently accepting new clients.

  • How long is the intake appointment?

    An intake appointment takes approximately 2 hours to complete. It consists of filling out initial paperwork and completing a comprehensive assessment with a mental health clinician.

  • Do I have to attend treatment after my intake?

    Many clients will attend treatment after their intake is complete. The treatment curriculum is individualized and is discussed between the client and the mental health clinician at the time of intake. Many clients will start their treatment program within the same week of their intake.

  • How long is treatment?

    Treatment varies with each individual client. On average the length of treatment is from 4-6 months.

  • Can I just come for a vivitrol shot?

    No, the Vivitrol shot is part of our Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT) program. If the client opts for the Vivitrol shot they will attend a minimum of one individual session weekly.

  • Do you have a psychiatrist who can prescribe psychotropic medication?

    Yes, our on-site psychiatrist will evaluate and work with the client to see if psychotropic medication is appropriate for the client.

  • I work during the day. Can I do individual and group counseling sessions at nights and/or on weekends?

    Yes, We offer a comprehensive evening and weekend Intensive Outpatient Program and Outpatient Program. We also offer evening and weekend individual sessions.

  • Do you have group sessions and individual sessions in Spanish?

    Yes, we offer group sessions and individual sessions in Spanish.

Insurances and Payment

  • What insurance do you accept?

    We accept most insurance plans, Medicaid, and we have a Middlesex County Grant that we offer to clients that do not have insurance and are ineligible for Medicaid.

  • It looks like you don’t take my insurance. Can you tell me more about “sliding scale fees”?

    We offer sliding scale fees and would be happy to discuss that with the client during their intake session.

  • I don’t know if I’m eligible for Medicaid. Can you help me?

    We do assist clients in applying for medicaid.
